Paste a job. The first interview runs itself.
An AI interviewer screens every candidate by voice, on their own time, with questions drawn from your posting. You get a draft review of each interview, every score quoting the candidate's own words. A person on your team decides.
4.0 / 5
Three years on a busy brunch line; specific about returned tickets and food safety. Less to say about training new cooks.
“I ran the grill at Kerbey Lane for three years — Sunday brunch was four hundred covers.” line 4
“I keep a probe in my apron and log the walk-in at open and close.” line 9
“When a ticket comes back I call it, refire it first, and give the server a time.” line 12
“Mostly I just show new people my station for a shift.” line 15
⚑ Asked whether the shifts include weekends — the posting doesn't say. Worth answering when you follow up.
It judges only what was said about the job — never accent, grammar or anything about who they are.
From a job posting to a shortlist, without the first round of calls

A link from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, LinkedIn or your careers page, or the text itself. Questions, a scoring rubric and the job's facts are drafted in about twenty seconds. Change any of it.

Each candidate gets a personal link, or you share one open link. They're told it's an AI, tick the consent box themselves, and talk to the interviewer by voice whenever suits them.
Read the draft, then decide
Every rubric line scored 1 to 5, each on the quote it rests on, and the interview question by question. Shortlist, rate and add notes. The AI never rejects anyone.
It asks about the job, and nothing else
The interviewer runs your questions in order, follows up once when an answer is thin, and answers questions about the role from your posting. It never asks about:
- Never judges out loud. No "great answer", no hints, and nothing about how the candidate is doing.
- Never decides. No automatic rejections, no ranking that hides anyone. The review is a draft for a person.
- Ends conversations that go off the rails. Two warnings, then a polite goodbye, and the review says why it ended.
- Tells candidates up front. An AI interviewer, a written transcript, notes for a person who decides. They agree before it starts.
- Scores what was said about the job. Never accent, grammar, filler words or anything about who they are.
- Keeps a transcript, not a recording. No video or audio of the candidate is kept, and you can delete an interview on request.
